How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it through the app's login screen. Click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I change my username?
To change your username, please email us at support@technicallygifted.io with your request. Include your current username and your desired new username, and we'll help you update it.
How do I report inappropriate content?
To report a user or their content, go to their user profile in the Circle app. From there, you can report the user and also select specific posts that were offensive. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from your profile settings. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
